Student Assistant – Business Applications

NTI Group

We are looking for a structured, proactive and versatile Student Assistant to support our Business Applications team in NTI Group.

This is not a traditional IT support role. While Business Applications tasks will be part of the job, your primary contribution will be to create structure, clarity and momentum across a wide range of activities in an agile, international environment.

You will work closely with colleagues across countries and functions and help ensure that initiatives move forward, information is clear, and collaboration runs smoothly.

What you will be working with

Your tasks will vary and may include, among others:

  • Supporting the Business Applications team with coordination, follow‑up and documentation
  • Helping create structure in ongoing initiatives, backlogs and activities
  • Assisting with analysis, preparation of material and internal communication
  • Supporting agile ways of working (e.g. ceremonies, planning, follow‑ups)
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working
  • Ad hoc tasks where structure, overview and good communication are key
  • Exploring and applying AI and new tools to improve productivity and workflows

The role is designed to be broad and developmental, with room to take initiative and grow over time.

Profile we are looking for

We are looking for a student with the right mindset, rather than a specific study background.

You are someone who:

  • Has a solid understanding of Agile ways of working
  • Brings a high level of structure and organization to your work
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, across different levels of the organization
  • Is comfortable supporting different types of tasks, from analysis and coordination to practical execution
  • Think proactively and looks for better and smarter ways of working
  • Is curious about AI and new digital tools and how they can be used productively
  • Is not afraid to take initiative in an evolving environment

You are currently enrolled in a relevant higher education programme and you are ready to work approximately 15–20 hours per week.

Personal qualities

We value colleagues who:

  • Are structured, reliable and self‑driven
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
  • Collaborate well and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Have a strong sense of professionalism and integrity
