The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Salesforce and familiarity with Microsoft Business Central, while also playing a key role in collaborating closely with Salesforce and Business Central architects as well as Product Owners to ensure seamless integration and alignment across platforms.

Job description: 

This is a unique opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Salesforce architecture, system integration, and business architecture. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Salesforce and familiarity with Microsoft Business Central, while also playing a key role in collaborating closely with Salesforce and Business Central architects as well as Product Owners to ensure seamless integration and alignment across platforms. 

The Role: 

As the Technical Architect in Business Systems, you will be responsible for designing and support the implementation of integrated solutions that span multiple business systems. While you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce, your role will also involve coordinating with the existing Salesforce and Business Central architect to ensure seamless integration and alignment between systems. You will work closely with Product Owners to ensure that both business and technical requirements are met and that solutions are delivered to optimize business processes. 

While MuleSoft experience is not required, you will be instrumental in overseeing and coordinating integrations between platforms, ensuring the solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the business strategy.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and support implementation of integrated Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems, particularly Microsoft Business Central. 
• Coordinate the integration strategy between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring the architecture supports long-term scalability, performance, and security. 
• Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps that guide integration and ensure business processes are optimized. 
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet business goals and are delivered on time, on budget, and with the required technical capabilities. 
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical architects, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical design. 
• Provide leadership and support to technical teams, ensuring best practices in Salesforce integration and system architecture. 
• Ensure that all systems work cohesively and support seamless business operations, providing technical guidance as needed throughout the project lifecycle. 

 What You will Bring: 

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration, and customization. 
• Solid experience in system integration with cloud platforms and ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Business Central or similar). 
• Strong knowledge of business architecture and experience aligning technology with business goals and processes. 
• A strategic approach to integrating systems, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient. 
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through technical challenges while fostering collaboration across teams. 
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to design solutions that meet both business and technical needs.
